At Pasture View Farms, our 100% grass-fed, grass-finished beef is raised with integrity, using regenerative practices that nourish both the land and our cattle. Our ruminant animals are rotated daily to fresh pasture during the Eastern grazing seasons, following a method called rotational grazing. This approach allows the land to rest and regenerate, ensuring the grasses remain vibrant, nutrient-dense, and full of life for when our cattle return to graze again.

In the winter, we practice stockpiling pasture, reserving summer grass for winter grazing, and making hay from our own fields to supplement their diet during the colder months. We NEVER feed grains or grain byproducts—our cattle are 100% pasture-raised, with only free-choice minerals, salt, and garlic provided to support their immune health naturally.

The result? Superior beef that’s more nutritious, richer in flavor, and healthier than grain-fed beef. Our beef has beautiful marbling, exceptional tenderness, and a deep, robust flavor that stands out.

At Pasture View Farms, we are dedicated to providing the highest quality, natural, and non-GMO products. Our livestock are never fed genetically modified organisms (GMOs). In addition, we do not use glyphosate or any other harmful chemicals on our pastures or feed. We believe in soil health, regenerative farming, and providing our animals with the cleanest, most nutritious food possible. By avoiding GMOs and glyphosate, we are ensuring that our products are not only better for the environment, but also safer and healthier for your family.

At Pasture View Farms, we believe in raising animals the right way—naturally and ethically. That’s why we never inject or feed our livestock steroids or hormones.

Unlike industrial agriculture, which uses growth promotants like “Paylean” in pork or hormone implants in beef to speed up weight gain for higher profits, we take a slower, natural approach. Our animals grow at their own healthy pace, thriving on nutrient-rich pastures without artificial interventions.

We take a firm stand against the use of steroids, hormones, or any unnatural growth enhancers because we believe that real food should be raised with integrity, not shortcuts.

At Pasture View Farms, we believe in raising healthy animals naturally, which is why we never routinely feed antibiotics or similar products, as is common in industrial livestock operations. Unlike conventional farms that administer antibiotics at the first sign of a cough or illness, we take a holistic, homeopathic-first approach to animal health.

Our priority is preventative care, ensuring our livestock thrive in a clean, natural, pasture-based environment that supports their immune systems. If an animal does fall seriously ill, we first turn to organic and homeopathic treatments. Only in life-threatening situations, and under the recommendation of our veterinarian, would we administer a therapeutic antibiotic to save the animal’s life. 

Thanks to our regenerative, pasture-based practices, our animals rarely get sick, making antibiotic use an extremely rare occurrence on our farm. This commitment ensures our meat remains as pure, clean, and natural as possible for your family.

At Pasture View Farms, we are committed to raising our animals on healthy, natural pastures. During the grazing season, our livestock roam freely, grazing on nutrient-rich grasses in the open air. This natural diet and lifestyle allow our animals to thrive in a stress-free, open environment that is in line with our commitment to ethical farming.

When winter weather arrives, we ensure our animals are still treated with the utmost care. We move them to sheltered areas, where they still have access to pasture, feed and plenty of space to roam while staying warm and dry. We believe it’s ethical to provide shelter during the colder months, ensuring that our animals are comfortable and protected from the harsh conditions of snow and freezing temperatures. Of course during these winter months, the animals are always supplemented with hay that was grown in season, so they have grass apart of their diet. 

By providing this balance of pasture grazing in the warmer months and shelter and care in winter, we can raise healthy, happy animals year-round, staying true to our core values of animal welfare and sustainable farming.

Many commercial processors use nitrates and nitrites to preserve meats and extend shelf life. While these additives are commonly used in the industry, at Pasture View Farms, we choose to keep our meats all-natural and free from any added nitrates or nitrites.

Our goal is to provide you with clean, healthy meats that are free from artificial preservatives. By avoiding nitrates and nitrites, we ensure that our products remain as pure and wholesome as nature intended, offering you the highest quality meat without the need for chemical additives.

Monosodium glutamate (MSG) is a common flavor enhancer found in many processed foods. While the Food and Drug Administration (FDA) classifies MSG as “generally recognized as safe,” its use remains controversial due to concerns about potential health effects.

At Pasture View Farms, we believe in keeping our meats as natural and clean as possible, which is why we do not use MSG in any of our products. Our commitment to pure, high-quality meat means we avoid artificial additives and flavor enhancers, ensuring our beef, pork, and poultry are free from anything that’s not part of the natural process. We strive to give you wholesome, unadulterated meats that are as close to nature as possible.

At Pasture View Farms, we believe that every animal should be treated with respect, dignity, and care from birth to harvest. That’s why all our livestock are processed at a local, family-owned USDA-inspected butcher facility that prioritizes humane slaughter practices.

Our butcher takes this responsibility seriously, ensuring that each animal is handled calmly and respectfully, following strict USDA guidelines for a quick and painless process. A government official is present during every step to guarantee these humane standards are upheld. Many of these guidelines were developed by Temple Grandin, a leading advocate for livestock welfare, who revolutionized humane handling methods to reduce stress and ensure a peaceful end for the animal.

As a Christian family farm, we believe it is our duty to provide our animals with a good life and a respectful passing. From the moment they are born, we care for them with integrity and compassion, ensuring they live naturally and comfortably on pasture. We uphold a zero-tolerance policy for animal abuse and are committed to honoring God’s creation through ethical and responsible farming.

At Pasture View Farms, we are committed to natural, regenerative, and ethical farming practices, which includes our careful approach to livestock health. We do not administer mRNA vaccines and have no plans to adopt them in the future as they are introduced into the agriculture industry. Many consumers are unaware that even 100% Certified Organic standards allow vaccine use similar to conventional practices—but we hold ourselves to a higher standard.

Rather than relying on vaccines as a first line of defense, we focus on building resilience in our livestock through healthy pastures, regenerative soil practices, and holistic breeding methods. This approach reduces— and in some cases eliminates—the need for vaccines by naturally strengthening our animals' immune systems.

We are completely transparent in all our ingredients. Items on our website that do contain sugar. We will not have this tag on the product description. However, it's our goal that all products be sugar free!

At Pasture View Farms our Pork and Broilers (meat birds) and our Egg laying hens are all Corn|Soy-Free. Beef is naturally Corn|Soy-Free due to our 100% grass-fed grass-finished system. Our Corn|Soy-Free pork and poultry are raised on carefully sourced alternative feed blends.
