Our Story

Hi there, your Farmer Michael here at Pasture View Farm.



From a young age, I (Michael) loved being around animals and spending time outdoors. I grew up on a fourth-generation farm with no shortage of chores or adventures. My wife, Lillian, grew up on a dairy farm and always enjoyed helping in the barn, especially milking cows and caring for animals.



In 2021, we got married and began building our life together on the land. Not long after, we were blessed with our two boys, who are now growing up learning the same values of hard work, faith, and family that shaped us.



During my teenage years, I struggled with health issues, which led me in 2019 to take a closer look at what we were eating. That search for better food opened my eyes to regenerative farming, a way of raising animals that heals the land and nourishes people.



By 2022, we had purchased a couple of beef cows, some pigs, and a few chickens to raise meat for our own family. That simple start lit a fire in us to share this same goodness with others.



We launched Pasture View Farm in 2023 with one mission in mind, to provide families like yours with the same premium meat our great-grandparents raised 200 years ago: nutrient dense, unaltered, and full of flavor. By using regenerative practices to restore and heal the land and steward it the way God intended it to be.
